This photoshoot was a recreation shoot for the artist 'Jerry Maestas', his photography is a unique vintage esc style, in the shoot, I choose the subjects pose and outfits photoshop to implement light leaks onto my photos.

This was on the side piece of work where me and my photography friends went out to take some photos in some random locations. I liked the idea of using the train station steps because they have complementary colours of black and yellow, after this shoot I wanted to use this image to teach my self how to blur faces as well as playing with the background colours.

For Topic 3 (Personal Investigation) in my photography A-Level, I was considering doing nature photography as I did portraiture for my other 2 topics, I wanted to show that I could use my camera for other aspects of photography.

This image was created in photoshop I wanted to play around with the idea of busyness, I wanted a very busy photo but I didn't want it too busy that the image was then ruined or so that it distracted from the main subject of the photo.

In this shoot I wanted to incorporate shadows, my idea was to shoot in front of this old window in our school so that we would get a nice pattern of the frame of the window as well as the subject's shadow on top of the windows shadow. We eliminated all colours that we could from the image (Using a black duvet cover, white rose prop), I wanted this image to be unedited to keep its original realistic form.

For this photo, my original intentions were to create a scary (Horror Themed) image. My model put her legs over the school banister to make the person viewing the image question what the model is doing/going to do. I then took this photo into photoshop and at the time I was quite obsessed with Brandon Woelfel's distorted images, this worked to my advantage and made the photo look glitched but also making her look like she's falling/sliding down the banister.

This image was an inspired shoot for Diane Arbus as her photographs explored abnormality in society, i told my model to look into the camera with emotion while i took pictures of her face, I then put these images through photoshop, added some scars and cuts on her face and made the photo monochrome to create more similarities between mine and dianes photos

The edit for this image was an intentional mistake but after this happened when I was using photoshop, the contrasting colors of white and red occurred, I was actually happy with how it ended up and decided to keep the image like that.

This shoot I wanted to exploit the use of autumn and its colors. I decided to tell  my model to use the leafs around her as props throwing them into the air and letting them fall down onto her, this shoot got me very familiar with how to use the correct shutter speed and ISO.

This shoot was an on the side project I was doing on the outside of the sixth form where I wanted all the models, I used to have tape over their mouth with different words on the tape to show they could mean. I had my model lay on the floor looking into the mirror with the word 'silence' on her tape, to me having her laying on the floor made her looked suppressed. The person looking at this image can interpret this however they like.

In this shoot, I wanted to do a pop of colour. I got my model to wear a choker and a strapped top as I wanted her tattoos to be showing. I also got her to stand by a blank white wall as I didn't want anything to distract from her. After I took the photo, I then took it into photoshop and eliminated all other colours in the photo apart from the lips.
